How to submit applications in the academic year 2024/2025. 

• Maintenance grants (social scholarship)
• Special grants for disabled persons
• Rector’s scholarships
• Minister of Science and Higher Education’s scholarships
• Assistance grants

 
You can handle the following matters at the Office for Scholarships and for Students with Special Needs:
•   submit an application for a scholarship/grant to be considered by the Grants Committee or the Grants Appeals Committee, 
•    obtain information on how to fill in and submit applications, 
•    collect an administrative decision issued in response to a submitted request/application, 
•    submit a form with one’s bank account number,
•    collect certificates submitted to the bank in connection with the application for a student loan.

The Office for Scholarships and for Students with Special Needs issues certificates submitted to the bank to confirm one’s student status - for students applying for a student loan or for an extension of its maturity date (see “Student Loans” for details).

Students with hearing disabilities who need the assistance of a sign interpreter or assistant are welcome to visit the Office for Scholarships and for Students with Special Needs. With all other matters, students with disabilities are asked to report to the Biuro ds. Dostępności i Dobrostanu.
