In exceptional cases it may happen that online classes get interrupted due to technical problems (servers and online communication are subject to a considerable load globally). In such an unlikely event, we’d like to ask you to wait 30 minutes in your class ‘team’ for the connection with the course instructor to be re-established. If the connection is not re-established within this time, we will consider this class cancelled and will conduct it a later time. Optionally, you can arrange an alternative communication channel with your course instructor in case of an emergency (e.g. a text message sent to the group’s representative/leader).
