What is the Research and Faculty Development Office?
The Research and Faculty Development Office is the university’s administrative unit whose mission is to offer extensive, end-to-end support to KU faculty members in their scientific and research activity.
RFDO’s main responsibilities include:
- Supporting faculty members in the process of applying for research grants
- Monitoring the expenditure of funds and the eligibility of costs incurred within the framework of the scientific-research projects conducted, project settlement
- Managing scientific and academic information
- Coordinating and implementing faculty HR processes
- Promoting science
