What is the HR Excellence in Research logo?

The award in the form of the HR Excellence in Research logo is granted by the European Commission to institutions operating in the field of R&D and research-funding organisations who adapt their internal rules and procedures in their everyday practice and in the recruitment of researchers to the guidelines given in the European Charter for Researchers and Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers, thus offering academic teachers attractive working conditions and making sure that recruitment is transparent and merit-based.

Kozminski University was awarded the logo in 2017, which obliges the university to remain committed to a continuous policy improvement in line with the guidelines provided in the European Charter for Researchers and in the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers.
