Kozminski University has a sports hall, a gym, and - of course - the necessary sanitary facilities (changing rooms with showers and lockers).
The sports hall (D132) features a professional floor, basketball hoops, and goals for futsal. The hall, featuring mirrors, is also used for fitness and martial arts classes, including aikido and self-defence.
In the gym at Kozminski University (room D24), you will find an aerobic zone with modern treadmills, stationary bikes, elliptical trainers, a cross-training zone with a professional rack, and a bodybuilding zone. The gym at KU is a place for everyone who wants to improve their physical condition in a friendly atmosphere and under the supervision of highly qualified coaches.
