What is a poster session for KU employees?

A poster session is a part of the Seminar for Academic Staff, which takes place annually in September. It is an opportunity to become familiar with scientific projects and good practices applied in academic teaching, as well as a great occasion to meet like-minded colleagues and establish scientific collaboration.

The session makes it possible to present one’s projects in two competitions:
• competition for the best research poster
• competition for a micro-innovation in teaching

The competition for the best research poster is open to those who wish to present the results of their research projects.

The competition for a micro-innovation in teaching is open to all those academic teachers who wish to present their teaching micro-innovations in the form of a poster - including innovations already used in the teaching process as well as those not yet implemented.

Information about the poster session and the instructions on how to prepare a poster are sent in SASO’s newsletter. The instructions on how to prepare a poster are available here.
