University data: name change, seat limit, contact person - how to edit?

Log in to the system via https://my.kozminski.edu.pl _> Application catalog -> CRM

Select “Accounts” in the top bar.


To see the list of all partner universities, choose “Universities” from the bar below.

To check the details of a given university, click its name in the “Account name” column. Then, the system will automatically open a new tab with all details of the selected university.


Details are available in the “Account Name” section on the right side:

Data structure:
1. University name
2. Campuses of a given university
3. Division into different levels of studies (Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD)
4. Division into the programmes/fields of study students can apply for.

After you click the name of a given university, you will be taken (new system tab) to the chosen university’s account.

The following data can be edited there:

  • Partner university’s details

After you click Campus, more detailed data will be displayed (this is where the details can be edited):

•  Number of places available to students in the international exchange programme
Contact details of the partner university’s coordinator;
• Address;
• Website;
•  Fact sheet and - possibly - other available documents  (added after you click “Add files”) 


To add a document, you need to click “Add files”

Next, you need to move the cursor over the added file, click the arrow on the right side, and choose “Share”:


 


In the next step, you need to decide who will be able to access the files. Click “Who can access” and activate access accordingly:



Save the settings by clicking “Done”.
