Documents required to submit the thesis

Deadline for thesis submission.
According to KU Study Regulations, students are required to submit their theses:

in the case of a diploma seminar ending in the fall semester:
- by 20 January - for the first attempt date of the examination;
- by 31 January - for the second attempt date of the examination.

in the case of a diploma seminar ending in the spring semester:
- by 15 June - for the first attempt date of the examination;

- by 15 July - for the second attempt date of the examination.

How to submit a thesis.
A thesis approved by the supervisor is submitted by the student through the “My Applications” application available on the myKozminski website (https://my.kozminski.edu.pl/). Students pursuing first-cycle programmes are also required to submit a multimedia presentation of their bachelor’s thesis.

In addition to the thesis, the student may also submit an application for additional information to be included in the supplement (students pursuing their studies in English submit an application in two language versions: Polish and English). The application may include the student’s activity in scientific clubs, publications, scholarships, awards, distinctions. Each piece of information entered by the student must be approved by a university employee coordinating a given event or by the supervisor of a given scientific club. The application to the supplement is also submitted via the above mentioned on-line application, together with the submission of the thesis.

 Diploma fee
  • 60,00 PLN - refers to students commencing their studies before 01.10.2019
  • no fee - refers to students commencing their studies on 01.10.2019



In order for a student to settle their accounts with the university, the student needs to contact the KU Library and submit their electronic clearance slip for settlement.
