Where can I report/explain any inaccuracies in the data/information found in the Virtual University system?

Students are obliged to immediately notify the University of any changes in their surname, address of residence, correspondence address, and telephone number.
Please update your contact details through the Virtual University system (Update contact details section).

A student can change their name or surname on the basis of appropriate documents submitted to the relevant student office (transcript of marriage certificate, administrative decision on the change of surname, court decision).

Any inconsistencies concerning:
- financial matters can be explained at the relevant student office or the Accounting Department;
- the grades obtained should be discussed with the relevant course instructor;
- the class schedule or personal data should be explained at the relevant student office.
