In order to apply for financial support to take part in a conference taking place abroad, it is necessary to submit a filled in application form together with the required appendixes to the Research and HR Development Office:
This is to remind you that financial support to take part in a conference taking place abroad is offered only when the participant has a paper to deliver at the conference. In the case of a paper written by more than one author from KU, only one person can receive the said financial support.
The applicant is informed about the decision regarding their request by the Research and HR Development Office by email. The email sent to the applicant must come with the most important information about the further steps and a set of guidelines on what formal requirements need to be met to make it possible for the university to recognise and cover the research trip expenses.
