1. Visiting Professors are required to review the selection criteria - part one, prepare the Application Form and CV, send them to [email protected]
2. Visiting Professors may apply for a teaching slot at KU throughout the whole calendar year. The best teaching slot during the academic year is from 10 October till the end of May.
3. After the Application is reviewed by the Director of the International Relations Office, it will be forwarded to the KU Management Body, who makes the final decision regarding the guests’ visit.
4. The Visitor will be advised, in writing, of the outcome of the application within maximum 4 (four) weeks after the submission of the request.
5. After the Visitor is accepted, a KU representative will be in touch with the Visitor in order to set up a schedule of the visits.
6. The Visitor will be introduced to the KU academic staff from similar fields or based on the submitted application requests.
