The academic calendar is published on the University’s website by 10 April of the year preceding the following academic year - academic year calendar 2020/2021
An academic year runs from 1 October to 30 September of the following year, and is divided into two semesters: the fall and the spring semester. The fall semester lasts till the end of February, and the spring semester lasts till the end of September. The academic year calendar may specify the deadline for completion of a retake examination session and the commencement of the next semester otherwise (classes begin not earlier than 14
days before the date of the beginning of the academic year, and end not later than on 15 July)
Class schedules are published in the Virtual University system no later than one week before the beginning of the semester.
