Scholarships of the Kozminski Foundation for the academic year 2023/2024

We support talented students of Kozminski University with scholarships. Thanks to the support of donors and corporate partners, over 450 young people have already received scholarships, allowing them to fulfill their dreams of gaining knowledge and development. A student of Kozminski University may apply for: a "PLATINIUM", a "GOLD", an “IMPACT”, a “SOLIDARITY WITH UKRAINE”.

1. PLATINIUM Terms and conditions of awarding PLATINIUM academic scholarship

A scholarship may be applied for by a student who fulfills all of the following conditions:

• they are a student of the 2nd or 3rd year of first-cycle studies or a student of the 2nd year of second-cycle studies or a student of the 2nd or higher year of single-cycle (uniform) degree studies and have obtained an arithmetic average of grades of 5.00 in the academic year 2022/2023;
• they have not repeated any semester/year of their studies so far, and have been promoted to the next year of studies.

2. GOLD Terms and conditions of awarding GOLD academic scholarship

A scholarship may be applied for by a student who fulfills all of the following conditions:

• they are a student of the 2nd or 3rd year of first-cycle studies or a student of the 2nd year of second-cycle studies or a student of the 2nd or higher year of single-cycle (uniform) degree studies, and have obtained an arithmetic average of grades within the range of 4.80 to 4.99 in the academic year 2022/2023; 
• they have not repeated any semester/year of their studies so far, and have been promoted to the next year of studies;
• they have a documented record (references, certificates, attestations, opinions, etc. – it is necessary to attach scans of these documents to the application form available at www.fundacja.kozminski.edu.pl) of outstanding:
  • scientific/academic achievements – e.g. participation in conferences, scientific articles, awards in scientific competitions
  • OR organizational achievements – e.g. involvement in projects carried out at KU, active engagement in the activity of scientific clubs
  • OR volunteering experience for community organizations

in the academic year 2022/2023.

3. IMPACT Terms and conditions of awarding IMPACT scholarship

A scholarship may be applied for by a student who fulfills all of the following conditions:

• they are a student of the 2nd or 3rd year of first-cycle studies or a student of the 2nd year of second-cycle studies, or a student of the 2nd or higher year of single-cycle (uniform) degree studies;
• they have not repeated any semester/year of their studies so far, and have been promoted to the next year of studies;
• they have a documented record (letters of reference, certificates, opinions, etc. – it is necessary to attach scans of these documents to the application form available at www.fundacja.kozminski.edu.pl) of outstanding achievements/involvement in organizational, community or other activities relevant to the KU community – e.g. sports – in the academic year 2022/2023.

4. SOLIDARITY WITH UKRAINE Terms and conditions of awarding SOLIDARITY WITH UKRAINE academic scholarship

A scholarship may be applied for by a student who fulfills all of the following conditions:

• they are a citizen of Ukraine;
• they are a student of the 2nd or 3rd year of first-cycle studies or a student of the 2nd year of second-cycle studies or a student of the 2nd or higher year of single-cycle (uniform) degree studies and have obtained the highest average of grades in the academic year 2022/2023;
• they have not repeated any semester/year of their studies so far, and have been promoted to the next year of studies;
• they have a documented record (references, certificates, attestations, opinions, etc. – it is necessary to attach scans of these documents to the application form available at www.fundacja.kozminski.edu.pl) of outstanding:
  • scientific/academic achievements – e.g. participation in conferences, scientific articles, awards in scientific competitions
  • OR organizational achievements – e.g. involvement in projects carried out at KU, active engagement in the activity of scientific clubs
  • OR volunteering experience for community organizations

in the academic year 2022/2023.

Applications for scholarships were accepted until October 31, 2023. Applying for a Kozminski Foundation scholarship does not exclude the possibility of applying for scholarships awarded by Kozminski University.

Regulations for awarding scholarships of the Kozminski Foundation for the academic year 2023/2024
