Applications for social scholarships for the 2025/26 academic year WILL NOT be completed in e-applications via mykozminski.
The application form should be printed, signed, and submitted to the Office for Scholarships and for Students with Special Needs. Application forms are available for download in the article “Maintenance grant - application form and appendixes”
WHEN
Applications for the maintenance scholarship for the academic year 2025/2026 should be submitted between September 27 and October 16, 2025.
Applications for this scholarship can be submitted throughout the academic year, however, it may happen that an application submitted after October 16th will be rejected, despite meeting the application conditions, due to lack of funds for subsequent scholarships. Moreover, the later the application is submitted, the shorter the period for which the scholarship will be granted.
HOW, WHERE
1. in person at the university, in the Office for Scholarships and for Students with Special Needs in room A-8
OR
2. by sending it via traditional MAIL to the address of the university with the annotation "scholarships" (please send an e-mail to [email protected] stating that the application was sent by post, please indicate the date of sending).

3. via ePUAP – by December 31, 2025.
