What documents does a person invited as an incoming visiting professor within the framework of Erasmus+ mobility need to submit?

A person invited to KU as an incoming visiting professor should contact our IRO: staffmobility@kozminski.edu.pl  and submit the following documents:
-    application form
-    CV
-    Erasmus+ Teaching Staff Mobility Agreement
-    Erasmus+ Financial Agreement – if the visitor has received an Erasmus+ grant from KU (non–EU visitors).
