Frequently asked questions
1. What are the current parking rates?
The following rates apply:
- Rates for students (participants) – individuals with an active email in the ALK domain:
- Daily rate: 3 PLN for each hour, until 16:59.
- Night rate: 3 PLN for the entire period from 17:00 to 6:59.
- Rates for individuals outside the ALK community (similar to the current rates):
- Daily rate:
- First hour: 7 PLN
- Second hour: 10 PLN
- Third and each additional hour (until 16:59): 10 PLN
- Hours are accumulated.
- Night rate: 3 PLN for the entire period from 17:00 to 6:59.
2. Can I share my QR code with others?
- No, the QR code is individual and assigned only to you. It cannot be shared with others. Only one person can enter the parking area daily using the registered license plate or QR code.
3. What if I lose my QR code?
- You can generate a new one by clicking the "change QR code" option.
4. How can I receive an invoice for the parking payment?
- To receive an invoice for parking payments, we kindly ask you to send an email to [email protected], including the necessary details for issuing the invoice and, if possible, a payment confirmation. Please submit your request for an invoice immediately after topping up your wallet, as this will significantly speed up the process of issuing the document.
5. What are the parking hours?
- The parking lot is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, the maximum parking time is 120 hours. Exceeding this time requires prior approval, expressed in an email, after submitting a request to: [email protected].
6. Where can I park my motorcycle or bicycle?
- Motorcycles and bicycles can be parked for free in the two-wheeler parking area behind building D (the entrance to this area is located near the barrier leading to the staff parking lot D) or in the designated spots for two-wheelers near the entrance to building B (access through the student parking lot, circling building C).
7. How can I edit my license plate?
- To edit the license plate number, enter the new license plate in the myKozminski portal under the My Parking tab and save the changes. Your data will be updated automatically.
8. Can I register more than one license plate?
- You can register only one license plate in the system. In case of changing your vehicle, you can easily edit the license plate number by entering the new one in the myKozminski portal and saving the changes.
